  • Health Care Directive: A Health Care Direcetive creates a sort of plan for how your physicians, caretakers, and others will treat you when you cannot do so. A Health Care Directive encompasses two things. The first is a living will. A living will explains to your physicians and caretakers how you would like to be treated as well as what treatment options or caretaking plans you are for and are against. The second part is a power of attorney. A power of attorney is someone you appoint to handle your affairs for your, and in a Health Care Directive, a power of attorney handles any and all of your medical and health decisions and matters. If you would like to know more about a Health Care Directive, please call our office to know more information.

  • Power of Attorney: A power of attorney is someone who you legally appoint to handle your affairs on your behalf. You decide the decision power they have and what they can excercise that power over. Whether you would like someone to handle your property or assets in another state or country, you would like someone to handle your legal or financial issues for you, or you would like someone to handle all of your affairs if you become incapable of making decisions for yourself, a Power of Attorney can be a relieving thing. For more information, please call our office to learn more about a Power of Attorney.
